Review on 🔴 Spigen Tough Armor Military Grade iPhone XR Case 6.1 inch - Red: A Sturdy and Durable Choice by Wendy Rodriguez

At first I really liked the sturdy case, but then I noticed that the headphones kept coming off. It was VERY annoying because the calls stopped and the songs stopped. I contacted apple support and they told me to stop using the case as the plastic doesn't let the lightning cable fully inside. It turns out they were right! I would like a refund somehow but not sure what the policy is as I have been using this product for about 1 month+. This may be the only faulty product with the plastic creeping around the headphone jack, but I'm still very disappointed as it's caused a lot of frustration and confusion for over a month.
