I did lipo three weeks ago and started using lipo roller about 5 days ago. I wish I had this on day 1 and day 2 to squeeze out fluids, but now it helps relieve any pain or discomfort. This is a 10 minute workout for your arms twice a day, but it will help you feel a lot better between the lymphatic massage and the cavitation. I feel that you need this product in combination with other post-operative care and if I didn't have it I would be very uncomfortable and I do massage and cavitation twice a week. On top of that they wrote me a nice note which puts the icing on the cake.
