This is a follow-up to my first review. The second cable was damaged. The ends were slightly bent and it didn't fit in the USB slot. I reported this and they immediately sent another one. Excellent customer service. That issue aside, the cables appear to be very good. And it wasn't a big problem because I only needed one and they fixed the problem quickly. It seems to be a very well made cable. I think I'm a very big fan of another cable made in Switzerland. But I took a risk and ordered this one this time. So far it looks comparable. However, he is only a week old.
