Either way this thing works GREAT! I may notice a difference in 2-3 days but you should definitely use it EVERY NIGHT. If you miss a night, you'll notice the difference - they're not as long or crowded as if you'd keep up with them. It's pretty easy for me to use every night, I just do it as part of my afternoon skin routine. Very easy! Will definitely buy more when I run out.
