This is a solid, very well made and very beautiful mirror. The mirror itself is a bit small and due to the 8x magnification you have to hold the mirror very close to your face to see facial features at all. However, remember that when you look in that mirror, you might see fine hairs all over your face that you didn't even know existed. Now I know I can actually be a Yeti. Also, the lunar craters have NOTHING on the cavernous pores on my cheeks, nose and face. Unfortunately I suddenly see every tiny red spot on my skin that looks very much like measles. Now I have to buy a whole boatload of new skin products. Get ready to see the other person in this 8x mirror. I wish it was bigger but I can handle it. It's really amazing quality and it was well packaged. Just get ready for the shock.
