They are very tight and I have a small head. Unless your head is unusually small, stretch them around a bowl or something to make them easier to put on and take off as they don't stretch much. Aesthetically they're exactly what I wanted and they're soft so I'm still giving five stars as strap stretching isn't that big of a deal. Once I put them on they actually cover my tiny ears which you might not think to be a problem as I have baby ears but I tried on ear muffs which were advertised as such but were really just a headband. So the search is finally over.
