Bought for arts and crafts, not knowing that this is not a regular low-temperature glue gun. Extremely hot. I may have misread the product description or misunderstood the difference between a mini glue gun and this hot glue gun, but now I have 2nd degree burns on my arm and leg. I rested the glue gun in the middle of the project for about 5 minutes. When I resumed work, glue suddenly got into my arm and leg. These are the worst burns I've ever experienced. In my opinion this would be a great hot glue gun for heavy duty work and for an experienced person with proper protective gloves and goggles. Any other action may result in serious injury. This glue gun is definitely not for children.
