I am an avid coffee drinker and use whitening products to hide my addiction. In general, I have found that I get the best results with strips or gels used with mouth lights. Try it. I was surprised (actually amazed) that they came in an unsealed ziplock plastic bag. There is no protective packaging to ensure it has not been tampered with. They have the typical syringe packaging and it works very well. What I didn't like is that the "gel" is very thin and pours out of the bowl instantly before I have time to put it in my mouth. I couldn't get it to work no matter how little I put in the tray, it was too runny. I can usually keep it in my mouth for a full 30 minutes, but this one leaked, foamed and tasted so chemically that I had to take it out after 15 minutes.
