This Chromebook is used by my son for distance learning at school. In general everything is fine. Most things work fine. However, there are some things that are sometimes frustrating. System freezes from time to time which is annoying. However, this can be fixed by turning it off manually by pressing and holding the power button for at least 30 seconds. Printing is a problem. Sometimes it recognizes my printer, sometimes not. Not sure what the trick is. Also, there are no instructions for placing the internal microphone. (There aren't many options in Settings.) Sometimes others can hear us on Zoom, others not so much. We also tried using an external microphone, but that didn't help either. But while the internal microphone works fine. So far everything else is working fine. The camera is not that bad. Folding the screen/keyboard works best when taking photos. We'd probably be better off borrowing the school district's Chromebooks (which they offered to all students), but it's nice to own one without too much worry. I think it's a bit overpriced for its overall performance/product.
