I love them all! in Wraps & Pashminas

I love all the Dana Xu scarves! The patterns are so pretty and the scarves are so warm! Although these scarves are made from wool, they are not heavy or itchy. The scarf is dense but the fabric is thinner than what you can wear on a frosty snowy day. I have several of these scarves and I tell you, don't pay attention to the description of the colors, just look at the pictures of the scarves. The descriptions may not be accurate, but the photos are a true reflection of the scarves you will receive. The colors are true; what you see is what you get. While these scarves are beautiful, they should not be worn indoors unless you want to drape one over your shoulders in a cold office building etc. They are more suitable for wearing outdoors in cool or not too cold weather. I've even used mine as a blanket on long flights when the AC was running too high, or occasionally as a blanket on my bed. Now I'm only 5'1" and about 100 pounds, but depending on how you fold and tie these scarves, a very petite woman can wear them and look good. Yes! And I doubt that many women are shorter than me. ... I love wrapping the scarf around my neck twice and then tying it in an intricate knot. These scarves are thin enough to be worn in mild but cool Southern California winters or much colder weather in the East (remember? You'll be wearing them over a coat!). They are perfect for casual wear or clothes you wear to the office. They can be worn to dinner, but I use my solid color pashminas when I need a shawl for more formal wear. Although I already have several of these scarves, I will certainly be buying more. I wear them with a black shawl to synagogue services, and since the air conditioner is on even in the winter, I sometimes use one as a shawl. These scarves make a great gift, not only because the scarves are beautiful, but because they are are packed in a nice, soft, abrasion-resistant plastic bag with a very decorative zipper. A word of caution: Since these scarves are wool, place some cedar wood shavings in a pocket with your scarf or hang them in a moth-proof closet. Once you have it you will surely become addicted like I am now! Good luck and have fun!
