I really like the look and the material! A very good quality. I like how the zippers are closed, but that's why it's a little painful to open and close. Not too bad but enough to say. This bag is small, I have to match what I have in it, and it's FULL, so it's difficult to get and put things in. I just have to wear less. Also, my iPhone XR doesn't fit in the rear outside zipper, which is a shame. It also doesn't fit in the front exterior zippered pocket. i still love it
