Video and illustrated manual used. The box contains all the materials including the frame that fits into the charging port. This stand is very innovative - it fits the screen and camera perfectly. I use a Scooch phone case and 97% of the screen is fully protected - only the top and bottom have a small gap between the case and the screen protector. Please note that the protective film on the front screen is not tempered glass, it is definitely self-healing. At first I was disappointed that I used the wrong side of the decompressor (hard side instead of soft side) and scratched the entire tread. But these scratches disappeared after 2 hours of using the phone. I have used other screen protectors such as armored shields which have left dust/bubbles under the film. But this brand includes preparatory materials like a dust absorber that made a big difference. The only downside is that there is a rectangular indentation in the middle of the film where the first removable strip was - I doubt it will go away. However, this seems to be a downside for all the screen protectors I've tried with this phone. Additional goodies include a tempered glass screen protector for the rear camera, you also get an extra screen protector (front and rear cameras) for future use, and a 1-year warranty. . Highly recommended!
