So, I've had this monitor for about 8 months. This was great, but ran into a small issue where the monitor would randomly turn off and back on for a second. Everything is as advertised, 240Hz, the picture quality is good but requires a lot of adjustments. In general, the installation is also pleasant. Will be updated as the RMA process progresses. **UpdateSo the RMA process wasn't terrible. I filled out their online form and then sent an automated email. From there it said they had 24 to 48 hours to respond. When they did, they asked me for a lot of information that was already on a form I filled out, which was wrong with the monitor, and some photos. I did everything and within a day or two they sent an RMA back. I couldn't return it right away but they were kind enough to extend the RMA for another 30 days. I ended up having to pay for shipping (they let you buy a shipping label from them for $15) and I had to pack everything. They would hold me responsible for any bad delivery and if it was damaged during shipping they held me responsible for that as well. So I received a small box to pack the TV and ship it. They said it would take 5-20 business days after receipt to evaluate it. If they found the damage was caused by me, they would charge me for the cost of repair plus labor. If the damage was under warranty, they would take care of it. Well, after about 18 working days I got the monitor back. It seems fine and as far as I can tell the issue is resolved. Nothing on the monitor indicated why it wasn't working or what type of work they had done. It would be nice to have that information as now I have an idea of what they did. I'm not 100% sure if they replaced my monitor with a new one or just repaired it. The settings seemed to be the same as mine, so I think they fixed that. Feedback - I wish the RMA process was a little more user-friendly. There's no point in forcing me to fill out a form just so I can rewrite all the information. It would be nice if there were no shipping charges on the RMA issue. I don't mind even paying in advance, but it would be nice to get my money back. I understand it's only $15, but it was a warranty issue and that's the whole point. It would be nice to know what was actually done to the monitor. A post on what was done to fix the monitor would be great. Overall I still like the monitor and the RMA process wasn't terrible. Certainly could be improved, but they took care of everything. If the monitor has the same issue again I will update this review. I am increasing this rating to 4 stars as I still believe this product is good and the company has taken care of everything.
