I'm losing my hair with this

This is probably the worst shampoo I've ever had. Every time I wash my hair with it, the tub clogs. My hair falls out a lot more than with regular Dove shampoo. I've been using it for a month and it's not getting better. At first I thought my hair should get used to it, but I'm sure this is no better than any other shampoo and even worse. I wish I could return it but it looks like it's too late. By the way, the conditioner is also very bad, it does not moisturize at all, it really hurts to comb.
