As mentioned by many this is a plastic part. It looks rather fragile. I'm not arrogant (it must look expensive) when it comes to quality and I would still put it at around a 7. I will update if it breaks. I haven't had a rain shower head before to compare the pressure but the pressure is a little low but that's because there are so many nozzles. He has no choice but to reduce the pressure a little. You can remove the regulator which is located in the neck of the main head. You pull out the rubber washer and it's a red piece of plastic that should just fall out when you turn your head upside down. For me, this has caused the water to shoot from about halfway up my tub to 3/4ths against my skin with significantly increased force. HOWEVER this is not a water saver as some call it, it is a regulator that maintains even pressure between the main and hand regulators. This will take your PDA pressure off when both are on. Mine was practically non-existent, the water just dripping down. When I put it back in, they both evenly distributed the pressure, which again is easy. But this thing has so many injectors it doesn't surprise me. Maybe more is less when it comes to rainheads. So you just have to decide what is more important to you. One on or both on Or another shower.
