They are too small for me. They are not suitable for adults with large-framed faces. They appear to be made for small adults and children with flat noses. The silicone bends and doesn't leave enough space between the face and the mask. The last thing I really didn't like was that my voice sounded muffled when I spoke. As if I were speaking into a plastic cup. I kept getting asked to redo it and I decided to remove the bracket. I gave the braces to my dainty colleagues.
