The product quality is good and they provide tools for reliable use, but I wouldn't say It was easy. The stickers on the film aren't clear which side is facing against the computer screen so I had to touch a corner to see which side was "sticky" and this creates a smudge resulting in a bubble. These films are never easy to apply and blisters seem inevitable. Because of this, my first application became "experimental" and I had to throw it away and apply the second. (Good thing there are 2 of these!) My best usage advice is to level the page first and avoid sticking until you're sure it's level. Once you start gluing the side, SLOWLY peel off the foil with one hand while using the card with the other hand to squeeze out any bubbles and glue the foil. It took about 5-10 minutes to apply as it was the best way to avoid any bubbles and get a clean application. Besides, it's a good product. I had a 17.3 inch screen and it fit perfectly. If you have something smaller you will need to trim the film before applying it, so I'm not sure I'd recommend it for smaller screens unless you have the right tools to trim the film cleanly.
