UPDATE 5/8/2020: I will never buy from this brand/company again. After only two months of owning the chair, I learned what a rattle is. This chair was assembled according to the instructions with all the parts required. I've attached an image so you can see what happens when you (or customers) use this chair. The lap was the bottom edge of the stool's upper swivel. As the stool rotates, this part cuts into the support rod and continues to cut deeper as the stool is used, significantly weakening the rod as a whole. Using a chair sounds awful every time someone rents it out and what should look new after only 2.5 months of use looks like it has been in a restaurant for quite some time. THIS IS NOT A QUALITY PRODUCT 07/15/2020: After using this chair for 2 months I noticed that it makes a crunching noise when turning and also tilts slightly. Well, both of those problems weren't there for the first month or so, but they've gotten noticeably worse over the past few weeks. All in all, this is a chair. This ensures the use of sit on. Would I buy it again? Probably no. The resulting rattling and tipping is pretty annoying. I oiled the chair a bit to fix the grinding problem and rotated the chair's floor support to counteract the tilt, but to no avail. If this is not a problem for you, buy a chair. It's not that expensive for this style.
