Revainrating 5 out of 5

The (almost) perfect laptop bag

Several leather bags from Komal's Passion have been on my wish list for over a year and I've finally decided to pull the trigger on this one. I was very happy with the quality and finish of this bag. It has enough space for my 15.6" Chromebook with a leather case, a couple of large books, a large leather-bound notebook, my 10.1" tablet in a leather case, and still room for a few small or thin items. The two front pockets are the perfect size for a mouse and power cord, even my mouse standing upright fits in. Side pockets are perfect for stationery, cell phone or other small items. I gave everything a 5 star rating because I really can't find any flaws with this bag. I'm very careful with what I have and never buy anything that's just "good enough". So if I say it's great, you can take it to the bank. Dislikes - one minor and one not so much. Secondary - I'd like to see the same hidden snap button lock on the two front pockets rather than just the main strap. Also great would be the presence of locks with buttons on the side pockets. It's not a deal breaker for me, but a bit inconvenient if you're going in and out of these bags a lot. The shoulder strap isn't a big problem. I cut the last hole to make it as short as possible (I'm 5'10") but the bottom of the bag still hangs to my knee making it almost look like a purse. The top of the bag is still higher even though my waist is.I would like KPL to expect buyers to be under 6ft tall and make more holes.I have to say I almost made the decision to return the bag based solely on this. That's why I call it the (almost) perfect bag. Luckily I have a leather punch and can poke a few holes to make the strap fit me better, but I hate having to 'damage' anything to do this. 5 stars I had to give it anyway because it doesn't have the function that a strap does and everything else is so damn well made I couldn't rate anything underneath it would be better if the strap was one piece - it's two lengths, which you attach to each other - or if it had a way to pull it up. Bottom line - if you're looking for a quality, very crisp laptop or shoulder bag (I use this for gaming) look no further than Komals Passion Leather.
