I'm always looking for reasonably priced products that I can use around the house, so I was eager to check out BrizLabs when they first opened. Having said that, my time spent shopping at this internet store was, to put it mildly, less than satisfying. In spite of the fact that they assert to have everything from tools to lighting and ceiling fans in their inventory, I found their assortment to be wanting and uninspiring. Their selection of tools was restricted to a few standard products that are available at virtually any hardware retailer. The lighting choices were not up to date, and they did not have the contemporary appearance that I was seeking. Regarding their ceiling fans, each and every one of them was unimpressive and sold at an exorbitant price. In addition to everything else that went wrong, their customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful. When I reached out to ask about a particular product, I was given a response that was general and did not address the question I had specifically asked. In conclusion, I would not suggest BrizLabs to anyone who is searching for high-quality products related to home improvement. Their product range is restricted, their prices are excessive, and they do not provide satisfactory customer support. Avoid the trouble and go shopping somewhere else instead.
