I bought this in December 2019 and have been using it every night since. I love it so much that I immediately ordered another one! I've tried MANY memory foam pillows over the years. I feel like the goldilocks of memory foam pillows: too hot, too cold, too hard, too soft, too fluffy, too flat, too cheap, too expensive lol. This pillow took several months to adapt and remember me. It was a hard pillow at first, but over time it really softened and did NOT become a flat, useless mass. It gently hugs my head (instead of crawling along the sides trying to smother me in my sleep!) and supports the neck perfectly. And if you shake or pet it quickly, it will return to normal in the morning. The removable/washable bamboo cover is everything to me. I sleep "hot" and the cover really helps keep me cool. The pillow I bought in December 2019 didn't have a zipper to add or remove shredded foam and I doubt the one I just bought would come with one. It would be nice to have a zipper, but the lack of it is not an obstacle for me. Oh, be careful: With this pillow you can't even think of a pillow fight. Someone will end up with a concussion! Memory foam is naturally dense. Perfect for sleeping but not for playing :o) Update 11/02/20 Na na na, the second pillow I just bought HAS A ZIPPER! I suspect it's probably hit or miss with the zipper. Still a great pillow! Update 12/14/20: Just bought another pillow (my 3rd!) and it has a zip!
