Bought two of these for our 2 year old twins and they are perfect. The strap at the back is tight enough to keep it snug but leaves room for growth. Excellent neck protection and a perfectly sized brim provide the coverage you need. They swim in it in our tank and have been sticking to it for weeks. Hope to use it for many years!
