First I have to start with the quality of the headphones as they are beautifully made and also the perfect sound which grandson uses in reading in class and all of us knowing how noisy the class can be, he loved them and used them daily. However we had them for about 8 months just over 8 months and as I said we love them they were great but they lost the tone and my grandson was next to them at school so I was a bit disappointed but I did contacted the seller and they were kind enough to send us a new pair, although the warranty has expired precisely because of this and of course the excellent quality of the headphones, we will definitely be buying from this company again and we will buy any of their products , they stand behind their products they care about the customer and they made me feel important my knees are heard. That's what I call customer service, that's what I call a reliable company. You will not be disappointed these headphones will not disappoint you great headphones and the company stands behind their product. They must be bought. UPDATE: We received our headphones and are so happy. Headphones but this company sent us 3 EXTRA EARPHONES! We were so happy to give them to my grandson's kindergarten classroom!
