As advertised. Fits well and does the job, namely patella control. The problem is the straps. After 2 weeks of daily use, their elasticity began to decrease. After a few more days, the adjustable straps began to tighten around the edges. I'm retired and only marginally active, and I'm pretty sure I didn't overtighten or strain the fabric. Wouldn't buy this product again if it wasn't significantly improved. This appears to be a manufacturing issue rather than a design issue, FWIW.
