Nothing in the instructions matched the actual cartridge after "opening the box". "Pull black paper"; There was no backing paper, but the drum was covered with a large piece of plastic. "Pull the ribbon to open the drum"; there was no tape. There were two orange round rings at the ends of the cartridge to clear the drum. I suspected the rings as unless they are pulled out the cartridge will not fit. Did two prints. The picture was good.
