An issue with any woven leather belt is that where the buckle rubs the leather, the leather will show wear faster than plain leather belts, partially because buckle doesn't hit the exact same place on the belt each time it's put on, and partially because the thin leather strips used to make the belt chafe and show worn leather quickly.Most belts I've had take 3 to 9 months to show this wear, depending on the thickness of the leather strips and whether the leather is dyed deeper and/or on the sides/back of the leather strips.This belt, though, has unusually thin strips with minimal coloring. It took only three wearings (three!) for it to show visible chafing and curling of the leather strips.Low quality!
