This was a miracle for my adult acne and cystic acne. I've been using it twice a day for over a week now and haven't had a single cyst. I had a few pimples but they didn't develop into anything. I haven't noticed any drying, but I use a moisturizer with vitamin E after I wash my face. I've been using Manuka Honey as a spot treatment and mask for a few months, which helps the cysts heal faster, but this face wash stopped them from forming. I'm glad my skin is smooth again! My acne scars look faded and less nasty after washing my face. I love this product and recommend it to anyone suffering from acne. The smell doesn't bother me, but I can understand why some users don't like it, although it disappears immediately after washing.
