It's great - if you can figure out the batteries!

I would like to give 5 stars. This is just an issue that I'm a little surprised more people haven't figured out. And these are batteries. 2x1.5 V AG12 batteries are required for this. So I jump into my local CVS to buy these things. And they don't exist. This is because they are numbered 301/386 by manufacturers like Duracell. It took me a while to figure it out! Once I found out I was buying the correct batteries, I put them in and waited for "0.00" to show up as instructed and all I got was a blue screen. . No numbers. Dragged it back and forth again and then 0.00 appeared. never mind (By the way, the instructions require a magnifying glass. Tiny). You also get a small 5g weight for calibration. Mine jumped between 5.01 and 5.02. Close enough to rock 'n' roll! In the end - and most importantly - he solved my problem with the new turntable I bought. I've been getting distorted/distorted music since day one. Well, that's because the tonearm weighed 2.55g and it should have weighed 1.75g. Measured, corrected and clear, great music! So in the end, this little item easily eliminated what could have been a big problem. Very happy with the results. Good luck with the batteries! Edit: Just thought I'd measure again as it took a few days to see if everything was where it was supposed to be. I press the power button and see a blank blue screen again. And it can't be turned off. So you have to take out the batteries and start over. Now one of the batteries fell off somewhere and I can't find it! However, there are other brands as well. I could consider her. it's a pain Changed from 4 to 3 stars.
