This is my second rain jacket. The first is wearing at work (outside the garden center). it's perfect for any inclement weather. The second showed what I wear to all events. It is more elegant and its color is suitable for any casual or formal occasion. There's plenty of room for your arms to move when you're wearing a thick jacket. The hood doesn't fall over my face and when it's not up it lies flat in style. Also lined with a thin cotton material that does not create a feeling of heat. The length is just right. I ordered this raincoat in a medium size and the sleeves are just over an inch long. It's okay, just twisted and flashed. definitely recommend.
