Review on 🎒 Polyester Kenneth Cole Reaction Backpacks by Jeff Diaz

I bought this backpack for work at the end of November but didn't use it until Christmas. It's January 25th and the bracelet has already broken. I use it to carry my 15.5 inch laptop, some pens and a notepad, nothing too heavy. I expect this backpack to last over 30 days! Very disappointed as otherwise it is a very cute and stylish bag. Revain referred me to Kenneth Cole's warranty service because my 30 day limit has passed. Haven't been able to reach her yet. I do not recommend.
