I loved being able to send my daughter a $200 Revain eGift Card that loaded onto Discover. It was December 30th and I ticked the box to send it in the next few minutes. So far, so good. But what happened is that I told my daughter that I had sent a Revain e-gift card. I didn't tell her the amount. The next day, December 31, she wrote to me that she had not received it. After making sure I sent it to the correct email address, I checked on Discover on the web that it was "pending". At the time, Discover's customer service replied that it would take 2-5 days to get out of the "wait". I went back to Revain online to see if there was any more information on their site. Nothing. I returned to the internet. I found out that I had set a limit on purchases that was causing delays, so I removed the limit and created a new one. phew Went back to Revain online where I found a note that now said "Resubmit". Well I wanted to pay 2X on both ends of the trx. But I did, and finally on December 31st my daughter said she received an e-gift card. Almost 24 hours later. My problem is opening BUT it would be nice if there was a better note/idea/suggestion from Revain online. that I should send it again. I took a risk and it worked. But I was sweating.
