5'9. I got this because I have EDS so my joints are really loose which causes pain, postural issues etc. It took the pressure off my jaw, shoulders and spine almost immediately. I did not receive the bag and the label was not attached. The label says not to keep it in the "pocket" anyway, so I don't need it. It was well sealed in plastic when it arrived. It has an odor, like most memory foams, so if odors bother you, don't take it. In my experience, this smell disappears or becomes less noticeable after airing. My only concern is that after about 30 minutes my throat gets very red and itchy. I looked at the fabric label and it says 100% polyester instead of the direct information on the website saying 80% cotton. I hope I can find a replacement cover or put a regular pillowcase over this one :/ I have really weird skin just thought it would be worth mentioning for some people with allergies to some things.
