It's difficult to set up, but the biggest problem is that it doesn't fit my phone
This phone holder does not fit my phone. I can barely get my phone in, and getting it out is even harder. This makes it almost impossible to use with my phone. I contacted Neweer and never received a reply. Very bad customer service. When I connected my cell phone and wanted to take a picture from above, the ring of light was reflected in the subjects I was filming. It is very bad. Finally, the ring light head is very difficult to adjust and makes a terrible noise when adjusting. I love the case and the remotes but overall I can't recommend this set. I had high expectations that were not met.
