The descriptions and photos match what I received so no surprises that's good. The quality is also very good - no cheap/ flimsy plastic feel (even if it's plastic lol) with broken/cracked parts or missing paint etc so very satisfied. I use them to hold after-dinner mints with domed lids, but they can also be chocolates or candies etc. or brownies without the lid. I like that domes can be opened so I have more options with it. I see the potential to use them for many other decorating ideals such as chocolates on bedside tables or painted Easter eggs on a mantel etc. Their build quality encourages reuse. Overall I'm very happy with it, hence 5 stars. Maybe that's not their intended use, but I guess there's nothing wrong with putting them upside down as decorative little coasters?
