Poor quality material
I was glad to get this skirt but the material is terrible. Reminds me of a vinyl tablecloth. For the price I expected better. I ordered size XL based on my waist measurements and could have gone for L. I have a 32" waist and a size XL sits closer to the hips than higher on the waist. I am returning this item.
