First, the black toner cartridge was slightly larger than the OEM cartridge. In the image on the left, Toner Tap Black is installed but the door will not close. The picture on the right is OEM installed. We had to seal the door with tape to use the Toner Tap. The tape worked for a while until we had to replace the yellow one. Then, after about 300 prints, the yellow started bleeding through all the pages. The printer has deteriorated and turned into garbage and a paperweight.
