The product is very well packed. But the product did not live up to expectations.
The black cartridge is installed normally and the printer shows non-genuine toner. Some pages print normally, then black toner appears on the screen. My other toner colors show up just fine. Toner change failed on my printer. return is in progress. I ordered another brand to test.
