Great in many ways!
I have mild asthma but here in the cold winters when I run my airways get very narrow. I put them on like masks over my mouth and nose when I run, and the cold air somehow warms up before it gets into my lungs and I can breathe normally. I thought it would be awkward to cover my mouth while running, but the fabric is actually great for keeping my breath warm while still letting in enough fresh air. I also wear them as a headband and neck warmer and they do a great job with all three functions.
