Excellent Customer Service, Very Pleasant Experience

I like how it's always easy for me to get in touch if i have any questions, whether it be about an account or anything else really! Nothing that stands out as something I dislike at this point. It is always a pleasure dealing with your organization. They are very open to ideas and helpful throughout each step of my purchasing process. If you're looking for a way to keep up with sales trends, keep accurate records/statistics and maintain relationships with existing clients, then you should seriously consider them. The system has helped us stay current on our accounts receivable so we aren't falling behind on billing. We also use the CRM functionality for keeping track of customer information when they come into one of our stores.

  • My only dislike is that the system sometimes freezes up, and it can be frustrating when that happens
