I'm 5-10 and 140ish - ordered a green medium.This is a great shacket - it's very soft and warm and makes a great layer. It has nice pockets that are just the right size for your hands and your phone or other small items. They're angled just right so stuff doesn't fall out and I like the way they are unobtrusively sewn-into the structure of the shirt so they don't flop around. It is much more like fleece than flannel. It's well made with nice buttons and also has two usable breast pockets. I have a few of these from Costco - this one is nicer than all of them.
