Nearly 100% failure on Razer mice

Of course I expect failure sooner or later. But for nearly $100, this thing should last you well over a month. Worst of all, Razer support does not honor the "warranty" which is completely useless. Go ahead and google the issues that plague this and every Razer product. In my case, the left click didn't work properly anymore. Obviously a problem with the plug. This is actually a known and common issue with Razer mice. Razer still does not agree to repair or replace it. This seems to be a hot topic for them as there are dozens of videos on YouTube showing how to open and fix a mouse yourself. Below is a description of what exactly is happening. When using this mouse, the left click does not work properly. Sometimes this leads to unintentional double clicks. Sometimes this means no clicking at all. and maybe the most annoying thing is when I click and it only seems to work to "release" a moment later during the "drag". Of course, this makes the game a complete mess. For shooters, this means you can't shoot reliably. In an MMORPG, this means you can't reliably aim, move, or occasionally turn. I would really like to keep emails from him. He was condescending and generally terrible. He doesn't seem to understand the problem at all. And keeps calling my new mouse, which I bought from Revain, a kind of used mouse. Considering the mouse was released in November 2017 and I bought mine in April 2018, it's unlikely that any 'used' versions will be available at all. So this is a double problem. First, don't buy Razer at all. It will be hot junk that will break and give you trouble. But don't be stingy either and try to save a few bucks with Revain's "stock deals". You will never be covered by Revain or any other company that makes and sells this product. Trust me, the few bucks you could save aren't worth it.
