I wear a size 8. I'm 1.77 m tall and naturally robust. I work in a warehouse so there is a lot of physical activity every day. I REALLY needed new shoes. I'm on my feet all day. Concrete floors, constantly moving, walking, tying, lifting, pushing, pulling and standing. The pain became so severe that after I calmed down after work it was painful to move. Looking for solutions, I decided to try them. After receiving them I tried them on to see how they fit and feel. It's the perfect combination of springy, soft and stable support. I noticed it as soon as I got up. I love GOGA insoles too! This is NOTHING like a memory foam insole. It is more resilient than latex or a comfortable yoga mat fitted to your feet. Therefore, unlike memory foam, they are removed faster. It doesn't lag behind you at every step. That's great! I had them for a whole week, at work and then even on errands afterwards. My legs no longer get tired or hurt. My back and hip pain also subsided. During the day I feel more energetic. These are REALLY, REALLY comfortable shoes! I like that it can be washed. I put mine in the washing machine and it came out clean with no problems. I am considering buying a second pair for the weekend.
