I know I'll be late to the party, I've never had a pair of wireless in-ear headphones. I'm old school and have always had standard wired headphones. They are easy (idiocy proof) to use. Put them in your ears, put them in your phone, adjust the volume on your phone and you're done. I figured it was finally time to step into the 21st century and get some wireless headphones. They arrived and were well packaged. A nice suitcase too. They sit snugly in my ears - not sure, I have small/medium/large ears but they fit. But there is a glaring problem with them. zero instructions. No, it's always like that. Box, case and headphones nothing more. I have no idea how to use any of the functions or actually work with them. I could connect them to my phone and listen to music and they sounded good. But the sound was gone (sometimes with just one earbud) and I still don't know how to turn them on/off. I just play with them until they light up. Not even having a small sheet of basic instruction manuals for something like this is unforgivable. This should be the default. I'll keep fiddling with them and maybe use them more and more, but if they're that frustrating all the time, they can be quickly removed.
