Review on DREAM PAIRS Insulated Waterproof 🌨️ Snow Boots for Boys and Girls by Michael Hughes

These adorable boots were purchased in January 2019 and received on January 11, 2019. My daughter loves these boots! The colors are beautiful, they look great and most importantly they keep your feet warm and dry. Since receiving them, my daughter has worn them about 5-8 times in a month. So why such a low rating and a bad review? February 11th, exactly 1 month after receipt, on our doorstep - an adjustable elastic strap at the top, as the seller said "very handy for children", simply snapped onto one of the boots. The return window closed on February 10, 2019, so there is no option to return. Our daughter says that the boots feel loose without the adjustable elastic and now I don't want to wear that anymore. I think this may be a random occurrence but it is certainly disappointing that this has happened with almost new boots. For us it was a waste of money.
