This has really changed the look and feel of my hair and it's also comfortable to wear to bed. Hair is hidden in it. It just looks like a soft cotton hat. I wear this hat every night before bed to soften my hair which is usually coarse and wavy. Wearing a beanie has helped bring my natural curls back to life, especially when I wear them before bed with slightly damp hair. It also helps with oil treatment (I apply jojoba oil to my hair after washing it about once a week). The cap seals the oil so my hair can soak it up and not the pillowcase, and it helps protect my skin from unnecessary contact with the oil. An added bonus, the lid is big enough to pull over your eyes when needed. Block the light to sleep!
