This was an emergency purchase in the midst of a pandemic so my first complaint was that it was very expensive. It won't print if you need a windows update at all. So you have to stop what you were doing, download and then restart, so bloody annoying. It's slow and noisy. Instant Ink is a joke - I don't pay per page, so I bought a printer whose genius idea was to milk HP. There are no 3rd market cartridges yet, so the ink is expensive. They are huge, do not put documents on the scanner as they make annoying noises until you remove them. I am not at all satisfied with the scanning program. Overall it looks like it's going to break soon as most of the components are made out of cheap plastic. The print quality is okay, but that's not surprising considering all the hurdles you have to jump through to print a page. Imagine having to do a quick print and then spend 30 minutes at least once a week thinking about why your printer isn't working again. It's crazy. I will never buy an HP product again, I hate this printer so much they are on the list.
