Review on Natural Bamboo Charcuterie Platter Cutlery by Chris Bowden

My wife and I love dates with cheese and wine! We usually cut up some cheese and put it on an ugly plastic board. This works fine for us but looks pretty cheesy when we have a guest. As we are approaching a busy football season and many friends are visiting, I wanted something more attractive. So I bought this set! The set is a cute 13x13 cutting board with a built in hidden cabinet for dishes. Utensils - a fork, a knife, a flat-bladed knife and a sharp spatula. Each is very sharp and easily slices through hard cheeses like cheddar. All have a nice, comfortable bamboo handle. The underside of the cutting board also has a nice non-slip base that prevents slipping and allows for a smooth slide out of the drawer. The boar is really cool and my wife loves it! Hidden dishes keep surprising guests! The only downside is that it can be a little awkward to wash and can also cause some property damage if you have a lot of food. But otherwise a great little device! This would make a wonderful gift for a wedding or birthday!
