- Instructions for installing the jack were terrible. Step 1 includes a picture of a nut on top of each bolt, which isn't there. The consumables listed included only two nuts, and both are used after screwing the bolts. I understand that companies often reuse images for different models, but this adds to the confusion when there is no way to secure the screw across the table. The top ends of the screws need to be secured in the hollow shell (base of the stand) before being threaded through the table so they are free to rotate, move, and pop out a full inch in the shell when trying to thread them through the table (see picture) can hold three 15 lb monitors. It doesn't even fit three 12-pound monitors. I hooked up three 27" monitors (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07J4SXNQ5/). They stood well when they were all overlapped just above the base, but when they were 27" apart ( i.e. were next to each other) the base immediately started cracking as soon as I tightened the third monitor.. I assume they placed the monitors vertically just above the base to say "15.4 lbs max carrying weight". The bottom ends of the studs snapped off during installation making disassembly difficult.The stripping was my fault but as the screws cannot be secured in the case the screw spins freely and tries to unscrew the nut.Some awkward pinching would have been possible made possible but after an hour of trial and error I just bought a cheap hacksaw to get the bolts out.All the problems were related to installing the base and bushing.The rest of the product seemed pretty good i want to be solid The brackets were easy to tighten and positioned just how I wanted - except the screw that keeps the external monitors from rotating horizontally couldn't be turned by hand - the hand screw just pushed into the base no matter how it was was positioned). Cable management looked very helpful. The weight of the item is clearly not "0.16 ounces" as stated on Revain - it's closer to 30 pounds. Perhaps the high ratings are for the C-Clamp base, which seems to be more advertised, but my table didn't have a 4" bar on the end. I wish they would give me back my wasted time and two holes in my desk. Fortunately, Revane's return was easy.
