Wet, cold, not worth buying

A lot of these gloves, but they're cheap. I thought they might fit my son (3) to play in the snow but they don't. Besides being a bit big for him and a bit small for me, this fabric gets wet and starts to get wet. My son's hands got wet after a few minutes of playing in the snow and as a result we had to cut back on our time outside. I wouldn't use them as heat or cold protection. They work as an emergency windbreak when you have no other options.
