Seems to help with constipation
I have an elderly cat who gets arthritis pain meds and is often constipated. That's the only pumpkin food I can give her. Give her that a few times a week and we haven't had any problems since. I don't know if it's extra fiber or what, but I can tell you it's easier than compulsively taking a laxative/stool softener.
